Quick question about opting out on an individual post or page. If you do opt out, can you go back later and Publicize that page or post? I often edit posts 2 or 3 days later, and would rather wait until I’m certain the article is fully ready.

Yes. If you go back and check the box and update again – it should publicize on any services that haven’t been pushed to yet.
